What currency are the prices I see on the site?
All prices are listed in EURO (€).


I just placed an order. When will it ship?
We do our best to ship your items as quickly as possible. Please allow 4–7 days for production time before your order ships.
Average delivery time is 15–21 business days depending on your location.
Tracking numbers will be provided 3–5 days after your order has been shipped.
If you haven’t received your tracking number after 7 business days, please contact us at danikowarski@gmail.com.


Can I return my order if there’s an issue or I’m not satisfied?
Yes! We offer a 100% money-back guarantee on defective or damaged products.
You have 30 days from the delivery date to return the product for a full refund.
Return shipping is at your own expense. Please include your name and order number inside the package.
Note: If your order is already in transit, you must wait for it to arrive before requesting a return.


Can I cancel my order?
Yes, you can cancel your order as long as it hasn’t shipped yet.
If your item has already been sent, please use our return process for a full refund.


I entered the wrong shipping address. What should I do?
If you entered an incorrect address, please reply to your order confirmation email immediately and confirm the correct address.
You must contact us within 24 hours at danikowarski@gmail.com to make the change.
Unfortunately, we cannot offer refunds if the incorrect address is not corrected within 24 hours.


How long does shipping take?
Shipping times vary depending on your location. We ship worldwide from multiple fulfillment centers.
The average delivery time is 15–25 business days.
