Refund policy
We only offer refunds for items that arrive significantly damaged or were not delivered due to courier issues.
Damaged Items:
If your item arrives with considerable damage, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at azoual.official@gmail.com. Include clear photos of the damage and your order number. We’ll assess the situation and process a refund if eligible.
Undelivered Orders:
All orders come with tracking information. If your package was never delivered and the courier confirms non-delivery, please email us at azoual.official@gmail.com.We’ll investigate and may issue a refund if the issue is confirmed.
We do not offer refunds for change of mind or incorrect addresses entered at checkout.
